Explanation:

Complete and detailed 2014 financial information was difficult to categorize and summarize on a timely basis. Therefore we applied for a 3 month extension which enabled us to have more time to complete the 990 form accurately. Now the 990 form has been completed and filed within that 3 month time extension window.
