Unrestricted endowment funds are used to pay for capital projects and can be used/changes at anytime as designated by the Board of Trustees. The current spending policy for restricted funds is to distribute amounts by using the interest from the restricted funds and limited use of principal on an as needed basis determinedby the Board of Trustee's.
