Part X, Line 2:	Income Tax Status The Internal Revenue Service has exempted membership activities of the Club from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Code imposes a corporate income tax on "unrelated business taxable income". For the year ended December 31, 2014, the Club estimates that no provision for income tax is due. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	Members may join the Club by paying an inititation fee and capital contribution, as well as paying annual dues and any member special assessments to cover operating losses.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The members elect the nominating committee, who in turn selects the candidates for the board of governors, including the officers. Members then vote on the candidates to determine who will be members of the board of governors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	The Club may not sell or transfer any rights including, but not limited to, real estate, air rights, and/or water rights owned or titled in the name of the Coral Ridge Yacht Club or lease any rights to the above without 90% of the senior membership voting and 80% of such vote being in favor of such agreements.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	A copy of the Form 990 was provided to the board of governors during a board meeting prior to being filed.
