    TAX PREPARER BEGAN USING NEW TAX SOFTWARE FOR 2014 (ULTRATAX) AND BELIEVED THAT THE EXTENSION, FORM 8868, HAD BEEN APPROPRIATELY AND TIMELY E-FILED. AN EXTENSION WAS NEEDED TO GATHER ADDITIONAL INFORMATION NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE FORM 990-PF. TAX PREPARER LEARNED AFTER THE DUE DATE THAT THE EXTENSION DID NOT GO THROUGH. THIS WAS A COMPLETELY INADVERTENT ERROR AND WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDER, THE PROBLEM LEADING TO THIS ERROR HAS BEEN ELIMINATED.
