MISSION	Assist those less fortunate in achieving their highest potential, complete their education, and become positive society contributors by providing committed volunteers, community leadership and standards of excellence.
PURPOSE	Charity, Justice, Brotherly & Sisterly Love be inculcated; enhance the nobleness of soul and goodness of heart; the spirit of patriotism be enlivened and exalted.
PROGRAM SERVICES	Sponsor extensive educational scholarship programs, youth summer activities, unequaled community service activities throughout the community & increase awareness of self-worth
OFFICER COMPENSATION	Officers and Trustees are not compensated for their work. Reimbursements may be provided to delegates & representative that attend mandatory meetings & conferences.
OTHER EXPENSES	Sales Tax paid to California State Board of Equalization Grand Lodge subordinate lodge payments listed as payments to affiliates.
EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYEE PAYROLL TAXES	Due to the decrease in contributions and declining revenue all employees were released during this period.
FILING LATE	Due to the lack of continuity of the officers and the term of key positions and no assigned accountant or Tax Pro the records were forwarded late without an extension. Guidelines established to prevent this issue recurring.
