	Conference/Trade Show: This annual, 4-day education program provides stakeholders in Washington's recycling industry with the knowledge, business connections and resources to address business and industry challenges, implement best practices, improve recycling programs, advocate for policies that advance recycling, and support the development of a generation of professionals for whom sustainability is a core tenet of their work and life philosophy.

	Washington Recycles Every Day (WRED) Program - This program is an annual series of four to five full-day educational events that include a speaker panel, three to five presentations, one to three facility tours, and time for networking to build business relationships and community partnerships vital to the expansion and economic vitality of the recycling industry. The objectives of this program are to engage recycling industry professionals in conversations that cut across sector and community; to provide opportunities for high-quality training and best practices from a diverse group of industry leaders consultants and other industry-critical topics; to inspire businesses, public agencies, schools and nonprofits around the state to start or expand their recycling and waste reduction programs, providing them with the contacts and resources that can help; and to inspire mid-level and entry-level staff and students to envision a career as leaders in the recycling and solid waste industry.
