Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 The member of Manchester Development Corporation (the "Corporation") shall be the city of Manchester, New Hampshire, acting by and through its Governing Body, presently the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a The Board of Directors shall consist of twelve members, all of whom shall be nominated by the Mayor and confirmed by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Manchester. Two of the members of the Board of Directors shall be Aldermen of the City of Manchester.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b The following activities of the Corporation shall require the prior approval of the member: the adoption of annual operating budgets; the adoption of annual capital budgets; the initiation of fund-raising activities; mergers, consolidations or other corporate reorganizations; the disposition of substantially all of the Corporation's assets; the making of any loans by the Corporation; or the amendment of the Corporation's Articles of Agreement or Bylaws.
