TO CONSTRUCT AND SETUP VARIOUS HOLIDAY LIGHTING DISPLAYS THOUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND TO PROMOTE VISITORS TO THE LEWIS-CLARK VALLEY AS WELL AS TO CONDUCT OTHER PROJECTS TO PROMOTE THE SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY DURING THE WINTER HOLIDAY SEASON
