	The Taste of South Tampa is an annual outdoor festival offering live entertainment, give-aways, and prizes with an array of food and drink samples from various local restaurants. Local restaurants compete for an award of Best of the Taste of South Tampa.

These programs include a New Teacher Breakfast, an annual program with the Mayor of Tampa on the State of the City, an annual Gala Event, Speed Networking events, Krewe, and numerous other programs and events. These programs are summarized on this line.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Executive Committee reviewed comparable compensation data provided by the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals and the American Association of Chamber Executives
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Specific questions on the Form 990 were discussed with the President and CEO of the Chamber during the course of the preparation of this return. A copy of the draft Form 990 was provided to both the President and Treasurer of the Chamber for their review before filing. After their review, a discussion was held concerning the specific content of the Form 990. A copy of the draft Form 990 incorporating any changes recommended by the President and Treasurer was then distributed to each member of the governing body of the Chamber for their review and comment. After providing an opportunity for comment, the Form 990 was filed with the IRS.
