Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 2	A private corporation rents club facilities for a nominal fee for activities that are in keeping with the club's mission. The amount of the fee is consistent with the fee charged to other organizations. The Past President of the Club is an officer/owner of the private corporation. The rental fees are included in the 9909T as unrelated business income.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	By definition we are a fateral organization and as such we have members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The membership elects the the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	Disolution of the club must be approved by 100% of the membership. Request for use of the Trust Principle must be appoved by 2/3 vote of the Board of Directors and simple majority of the Life Members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	A CPA prepares form 990 and Treasurer reviews form before it is filed. It is submittd to the Board at the following Board meeting. A copy is filed with the minutes.
