Client Note 1	Client Note 1 - It has come to our attention that the second extension, Form 8868 pg 2 was not signed when it was submitted and therefore is not considered a valid extension. The taxpayer relied on the tax preparer to properly file the extension and we respectfully requests an abatement of penalties related to late filing of this tax return only because of the failure to sign the extension. The extension was filed in a timely manner and the tax return is being filed in a timely manner.Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
