Part X, Line 2:	In 2009, the Association adopted Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 740-10 which requires, among other things, the disclosure of current and deferred income tax provisions. In addition, ASC 740-10 requires that the Association record a liability for uncertain tax positions when it is probable that a loss will be incurred and the amount can be reasonably estimated. The Association continually evaluates expiring statutes of limitations, audits, proposed settlements, changes in tax law, and new authoritative rulings. For the year ended December 31, 2014, the Association believes that no such uncertainties exist.

In addition, ASC 740-10 requires that the Association record a liability for uncertain tax positions when it is probable that a loss will be incurred and the amount can be reasonably estimated. The Association continually evaluates expiring statutes of limitations, audits, proposed settlements, changes in tax law, and new authoritative rulings. For the year ended December 31, 2014, the Association believes that no such uncertainties exist.
