Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The governing body (Board) is comprised of 39 voting members. Upon receipt of a slate of proposed officers and committee chairs from the nominating committee, the current Board elects the succeeding year's Executive Board. The general membership does not vote. Included in the Board is a five member Operations committee. The members of the Operations committee serve for five years on a rotating basis. The committee members elect a chairman to serve a one year term. The President-elect fills the vacancy due to rotation.
