What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ASSOCIATION WAS ORGANIZED TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A WATER SYSTEM THAT SUPPLIES WATER FOR DOMESTIC, AGRICULTURAL AND COMMERCIAL PURPOSES TO THE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS.
