Briefly describe the organization’s mission: SOTN advocates for the rights of living organ donors in the United States. For us the living organ donor is our priority, not the organ recipient, or anyone else in the transplant community. The current organ distribution system is unfair to minorities, the poor, and bluecollar workers. The only way to right this injustice is to create a system that recognizes their needs and gives them the legal protections and benefits that all living organ donors deserve.
