What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Educational and professional support for foreign language teachers in the State of Georgia.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Unknown/Unclassified: Foreign Language Association of Georgia serves the foreign language professionals of Georgia (USA). Our 2014 conference was held in Atlanta, Georgia and provided educators from Georgia and some surrounding states the benefit of continuing education credit . All of our participants attended classes on Friday and Saturday, open to all attendees, where seminares, hands on displays and teaching ideas were exchanged and shared. This conference was the largest FLAG has had since the early nineteen eighties. We promote the furtherance of World Language Education in Georgia and afford our teachers with a place (conference) and forum to share their ideas and concerns and to further their edcuation in their chosen field.

Explanation:
I was out of the country on business from October 30th through January 10th. Upon return I was hospitalized in early February for surgery. Mother-in-law contracted cancer and I was in Florida caring for her from second week of March until April 15th. I take full responsibility for the late filing and ask that my organization not be penalized for the life events in my life that caused my late filing of its tax return.
