	The Organization provides annual grant and provides services of its staff to a non-profit community development organization that focuses on supporting neighborhood capacity building efforts in the Organizations service area.

X 2	The preparation of financial statements in accordance with accouting principles generally accepted in the United States of America requires the Organization to report information regarding its exposure to various tax positions taken by the Organization. The Organization has determined whether any tax positions have met the recognition threshold and has measured its exposure to those tax positions. Management believes that the Organization has adequately address all relevant tax positions and there are no unrecorded tax liabilities.
V 4	In closing of certain New Market Tax Credit NMTC transactions, the Organization entered into certain indemnification agreements. The indemnification agreements required the Organization to maintain cash reserves equal to 50 of certain fees earned at the closing of certain NMTC transactions. At the expiration of the indemnifcation agreement, the Organizations will be able to use the unrestricted funds in any manner it chooses.

The preparation of financial statements in accordance with accouting principles generally accepted in the United States of America requires the Organization to report information regarding its exposure to various tax positions taken by the Organization. The Organization has determined whether any tax positions have met the recognition threshold and has measured its exposure to those tax positions. Management believes that the Organization has adequately address all relevant tax positions and there are no unrecorded tax liabilities.

In closing of certain New Market Tax Credit NMTC transactions, the Organization entered into certain indemnification agreements. The indemnification agreements required the Organization to maintain cash reserves equal to 50 of certain fees earned at the closing of certain NMTC transactions. At the expiration of the indemnifcation agreement, the Organizations will be able to use the unrestricted funds in any manner it chooses.
