What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Our mission is to get our members and all firefighters home safely every day. We fight for safe and reasonable work conditions and fair compensation for the work we do. We also look our for the communities we serve to ensure that our departments are providing the best emergency response possible to protect our citizens, property and the environment.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 One of the primary benefits through our association is being able to send firefighters to national conferences where they network and learn valuable new techniques from top tier professionals in fire safety. In 2014 10 members benefited from attending conferences and sharing their knowledge with the rest of the IAFF.
