Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The treasurer reviews the form 990 and presents it to the executive committee with his recommendation. After review and approval by the executive committee, the form 990 is signed and filed.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	Policy is monitored through the City of Long Beach. All board members take an ethics training class that includes the conflict of interest policies.
