What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To promote the interest of the rental housing and apartment industry, and the interest of the members of this organization, as well as their mutual protection, to promote efficiency in the conduct of business, eliminate unfair business practices, to protect its members against unfair and unjust taxes and legislative enactments, to endeavor to secure sound and just legal protection to the rental housing and apartment industry, to advise and assist members in the conduct of their own businesses, to promote standards of ethical business practices in order that the rental housing and apartment industry shall be permanently established on a sound and economical basis.
