What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purposes for which this Corporation formed are exclusively for thepromotion of social welfare and consist of the following:A. To unite concerned groups and individuals to forge public policies and practices that will guarantee to every person in the state of Washington access to a safe, healthy, affordable home.B. To promote and encourage the preservation, construction and/or repair of housing, with primary emphasis on low income housing, and to carry out all other activities related to the general betterment of housing in the state.C. To aid, support, and assist by gifts, contributions or otherwise, other corporations, community chests, funds and foundations organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, or educational purposes, or exclusively for the promotion of social welfare, no part of the net earnings of which insures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual.
