What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE GREATER OTHELLO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS ORGANIZED TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVE OF PRESERVING THE COMPETIVE ENTERPRISE SYSTEM AND PROMOTING BUSINESS AND COMMUNITY GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
