	PCAN works to enlist the support of individuals and organizations through person-to-person contact, earned media, online and at third party events. This includes facilitating tours of community pharmacies for elected officials in California, Colorado, Florida and Georgia, and participating in "Pharmacy Day" during state legislative sessions in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and Texas. These events offer current and potential PCAN members and supporters opportunities to learn about PCAN and the issues PCAN supports. PCAN also works to keep elected officials educated on issues impacting community pharmacies and the patients they serve. Tens of thousands of people have been reached through these efforts.

	PCAN refreshed the organization's website that contains information about the coalition, the coalition's members, the issue areas of focus, and a blog. The website also serves as an interactive online outlet where people can share their experiences and sign up to join the coalition. The website has been expanded to include state specific pages for Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Colorado, California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. PCAN also communicates with members and other Americans through social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Tens of thousands of people have been reached through these efforts.
