Pt VI, Line 11b	Organizational officers conduct a complete review of the Form 990 before filing. All questions and concerns are directed to the treasurer. In the event a question or concern is not answered by the treasurer, it is followed up with the tax preparer.
Pt VI, Line 12c	The organization has adopted a conflict of interest policy. All officers and Board of Directors are required to sign a new policy each year. It is strongly encouraged that all officers, Board of Directors, and voluteers refrain from activities that may generate a personal benefit. No Governing Body person is financially compensated. Any officer, Board of Director, or volunteer's actions that could jeopardize the organization's mission is investigated and appropriate action is taken.
