What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? GFPPA WAS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BETTERING THE DEPARTMENT, AS WELL AS BRINGING ITS MEMBERS MORE CLOSELY TOGETHER. GFPPA IS THE SOLE BARGAINING AGENT FOR ITS MEMBERS REGARDING CONTRACTUAL MATTERS, EXCEPT MANAGEMENT.
