Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has determined and informed the Trust by a letter dated June 5, 1998 that the Trust is exempt under Section 501(c)(5) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). The Trust's management and the Trust's tax counsel believe that the Trust is designed and is currently being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the IRC.Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America require Trust management to evaluate tax positions taken by the Trust and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the Trust has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Trust, and has concluded that as of December 31, 2014, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. The Trust is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. Management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2011.
