THE WISCONSIN OPTOMETRIC ASSOCIATION (WOA) EXISTS TO BENEFIT EVERY CITIZEN THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF COST EFFECTIVE, HIGH QUALITY, STATE OF THE ART EYE CARE EQUALLY AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE; AND TO MAINTAIN HIGH TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS BY ALL OPTOMETRISTS IN ALL ENDEAVORS.
