| Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available | ALL DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. |
| FORM 990, PART V, LINE 6B | An express statement of non-deductibility was not included on the 2014 invoices to the 13 member organizations. However, our Attorney orally gave an overview to all of the Directors representing the 13 member organizations about the pros/cons of the various organizational structures (501c3, 501c6, 501c4, etc) before the Directors voted to finalize as a 501c4. Due to the small group of members and the fact they were expressly told orally that the dues were not deductible, we feel it constitutes reasonable cause. The express statement of non-deductibility will be added to all future member dues invoices. |
