Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Eligibility for membership in Local 270 is set forth in the International Constitution and applicants for membership must comply with and be subject to the requirements imposed by the Local 270's bylaws and the International Constitution. An applicant shall be considered a member when they have (1) executed a written application for membership, (2) have tendered the initiation fees and one month's dues, (3)the Local shall have accepted the application and dues, and (4) they shall have taken the oath of obligation as a member at a regular meeting.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	A nominating meeting is held to consider eligible candidates (eligibility is governed by the constitution of International Brotherhood of Teamsters).
