ECONOMIC DIPLOMACY AND INTEGRITY (EDI) IS AN INITIATIVE DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AND STUDENTS IN THE AREAS OF ECONOMICS, BUSINESS AND POLITICS WHICH IS BASED ON THE LIFE AND TEACHINGS OF JESUS. WE BELIEVE THAT THE BEST WAY TO FIGHT AGAINST UNHEALTHY RIVALRY AMONG AND WITHIN NATIONS AND AGAINST CORRUPTION, IS TO ESTABLISH AN ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL COMMUNITY BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF JESUS. THE EVENT WAS A MEET AND DIALOGUE OPPORTUNITY BETWEEN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVES, LEADERS AND PROFESSIONALS AND SOME CAREFULLY PICKED SUCCESSFUL MODELS FROM BUSINESS AND POLITICAL FIELDS. THE EVENT WAS ORGANIZED IN SUCH AS MANNER THAT IT HAD AS ITS CENTRAL FOCUS THE PERSON OF JESUS CHRIST AND HIS LEADERSHIP EXAMPLE, THE PRINCIPLES THAT CAN LEAD INDIVIDUALS, COMMUNITIES, INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESSES, GOVERNMENTS AND SOCIETIES TO EXCELLENCE. THE ECONOMIC DIPLOMACY AND INTEGRITY (EDI) SEMINAR IN TRANSYLVANIA IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERS FROM THIS REGION IN THE AREAS OF ECONOMICS, BUSINESS AND POLITICS, BUILDING UPON THE LEADERSHIP EXAMPLE OF JESUS, HIS LIFE AND TEACHINGS.
