PART I, LINE 2: GRANTS ARE AWARDED THROUGH AN APPLICATION AND INTERNAL REVIEW PROCESS, WITH THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS VOTING ON ALL AWARDS. THE FOUNDATION PUBLISHES ITS FUNDING CRITERIA ON ITS WEBSITE AND WITHIN THE APPLICATION FORM. ALL GRANT RECIPIENTS MUST REPORT AT LEAST ANNUALLY ON THE USE OF GRANT AWARD MONIES, AND MUST SUBMIT A FINAL REPORT UPON COMPLETION OF THE GRANT PROJECT. THE JONES-BOWMAN LEADERSHIP AWARD PROGRAM IS GOVERNED BY A POLICY THAT SPECIFIES THE CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY AND MAKING AWARDS. SCHEDULE I, PART II: RECIPIENT ORGANIZATIONS OF CERTAIN GRANTS AND ASSISTANCE HAVE A CERTAIN RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FOUNDATION--DIRECTORS OF THE FOUNDATION ARE APPOINTED BY THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA.
