What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Pauls Valley Rotary Club's primary exempt purpose is to provide a better quality of life for all citizens of our community and other communities around the world. We contributed locally to the Foundation of Academic Excellence, American Legion Auxiliary to send girls to Girl's State, and the Samaritan whose purpose is to feed the less fortunate.We also help in keeping our city beautiful by maintaining the rose garden in the local park.
