Explanation:

The governing body made an error when filing 2013 990 and mistakenly selected that the organization is a PF. Unknowingly, this caused organization to file a completely new form (i.e. 990-PF). Governing body is not familiar with the tax forms, due dates, etc. Organization hired an accountant after filing season to prepare their tax form.
