Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 Membership is granted once an application has been accepted and approved by the membership committee and members. A member is entitled to access to the facility, the social room, social activities, regularly scheduled membership meetings. A member is entitled to vote on matters proposed at special and regular member meetings. Members can rent the hall for functions.
