Explanation:
I was finishing up the tax form on Oct 15, 2015 but then I had to take my mother who lives with me to the hospital so I did not make it to the post office. To ensure it was filed on time, I found this on-line tool and completed the evening that evening so that I could file electronically on time. However, I was not aware that they were going to require that I physically sign a form before they would transmit the filing which is contrary to Turbo Tax which uses electronic signatures. I did not have a working printer, so I had to wait until I was able to print the form.
