Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The organization engages an independent, CPA firm to prepare the Federal Form 990. After the firm prepares the draft 990, it is provided to the management and board for their review. Any review points or suggested changes are forwarded to the CPA firm for discussion and final updates. When all updates are confirmed and approved, the Federal Form 990 is finalized and electronically filed by the regulated deadlines.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The organizations corporate, financial, and governing documents are made available upon written request to the management of the US Black Chambers. The documents are maintained at the main offfices of the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a	The Chairman of the Board reviews the activities of the President. As part of this review, the Chairman meets with the President to discuss compensation. Compensated is reviewed in conjunction with the annual operating budget. If the budget is capable of supporting an increase in President compensation, a compensation proposal is prepared and considered for approval.
