Return Reference	Explanation
Part X, Line 2:	There are no uncertain tax liabilities reported on the audited financial statements under FIN 48 (ASC 740-10). The Center is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, the Center is not required to pay federal taxes on income, and contributions to the Center qualify for the charitable contributions deduction to the extent provided by Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. The preparation of financial statements in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States requires the Center to report information regarding its exposure to various tax positions taken by the Center. Management believes that the Center has adequately addressed all relevant tax positions and that there are no unrecorded tax liabilities. Management is not aware of any circumstances or transactions that would jeopardize its tax exempt status. All tax exempt entities are subject to review and audit by federal, state and other applicable agencies.
