The nature and purposes of the project which the amounts are to be set aside are as follows: Construction of a public display to preserve and enhance the football stadium that is located in the Denver Metropolitan Football Stadium District. The Stadium District, by statute in Colorado, is a subdivision of the State of Colorado and thus is a governmental organization. The public display will serve as a tribute to former players and coaches of the Denver Broncos, and recognize the accomplishments and contributions of Patrick Bowlen, one of the owners of the Denver Broncos Football Club, to the Denver metropolitan area. The display would include monuments, plaques and statues as potential elements. The organization originally estimated that its construction costs would be approximately $310,000 for its first initial statue and would require several years of fundraising. The initial statue was completed and unveiled to the public during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015. The total cost of the statue was $578,519. An increase of $268,519 over the orginal set-aside.2. The amounts set aside for the project described in item 1 were actually paid within the 36-month period that ended on March 31, 2015, which was no more than 60 months after the date of the set-aside.3. The project was completed by the end of March 31, 2015. The year in which the set-aside was made was March 31, 2013.4.
