Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	Hidden Valley is a true mutual company. All customers are owners, and all owners are customers. The company owns a water system that delivers water to approximately 70 rural homes up near Evergreen. Anyone who owns one of the homes serviced by the company is both a customer of the company and an owner of the company. Each owner/customer has an ownership interest equal to 1 divided by the 63 homes serviced for fiscal year end by March 31, 2015.
