Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The accounting firm will prepare the 990 and send a draft copy to Carrie Penny, Operations Director, who will forward the draft copy to Kimberly Adams,CEO for approval before filing. Once approved, we will notify the accounting firm who will finalize the paper return for mailing.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	The organization tracks and address all issues that might lead to a conflict of interest. 14 of the Board members provided through their businesses services/products to the TVCVB. These are tracked and accounted for in the accounting records of the organization and are subject to Board review. All of the 2013/14 amounts were under $2,000 per Board member. The exception were the following: Tom DeMott/Temecula Creek Inn $11,672 (rooms, catering and meals for clients, events $ staff), John Kelliher/Grapeline/Stryder Transportation $2,540 (transportation for clients & Board field trip), Ben Kulak/Embassy Suites $4,533 (rooms and catering for clients and events), Robert Renzoni/Robert Renzoni Vineyards $3,303 (wine for sponsorships)and Jan Smith/Inland Management Group $2,755. (consulting services).

NEW ADDITIONAL REVENUE SOURCE	THE TEMECULA VALLEY CONVENTION AND VISITORS' BUREAU IS GOING TO BE RECEIVING INCOME IN THE FORM OF A HANDLING FEE FROM FILM MAKERS WHO ARE GOING TO BE OPERATING AND FILMING IN THE TEMECULA VALLEY. THE FEE COVERS THE ADMINISTRATIVE WORK NEEDED TO BE PERFORMED BY THE BUREAU. THE FILMS WILL SERVE AS A MARKETING SOURCE FOR TEMECULA AND AS SUCH IS UNDER THE APPROVED ACTIVITY OF PROMOTING AND MARKETING THE AREA OF TEMECULA.
