TWO COMPENSATION REPORTS WERE PROVIDED AS PART OF THE REVIEW PROCESS. ONE FROM THE AMERICAN RESEARCH COMPANY AND THE OTHER FROM THE CEO UPDATE. INFORMATION CONCERNING CEO SALARIES FROM THE CONSULTING FIRM, ASSOCIATION STRATEGIES, WAS ALSO PROVIDED IN AN EMAIL COMMUNICATION TO THE AAPS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. THE RESULTS OF THE COMPENSATION REPORTS AND EMAIL COMMUNICATION WERE REVIEWED BY THE OFFICERS AS PART OF THEIR DETERMINATION PROCESS. AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE PROCESS, A SALARY DETERMINATION WAS MADE BY THE AAPS OFFICERS, DOCUMENTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH AAPS POLICIES AND PROVIDED TO THE AAPS FINANCE DEPARTMENT FOR INCLUSION IN THE NEXT PAY CYCLE.
