Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The organization is made up of former members of foreign wars as per their constitution. No member holds any equity in the organization, but acts in the capacity of a dues paying member only.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Each member is entitled to one vote for each open office for election of officers of the organization. Each member is entitled to one vote to accecpt a new member who meets all qulatifications of the organization.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	All decisions made by the governing are subject to the approval of the membership of the organization. Any large decision must be approved in advance by the membership.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	The 990 and 990-T with related State reports is reviewed by the Quartermaster with the accountant then reviewed by the governing and membership of the organazition at the next regular meeting.
Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	The Post Conflict of Interest policy requires each officer sign a form each year indicating that they have read the policy and will notify the Post in writing if any conflict exist now or at any time during the year as an officer of the Post. The Post Trustees supervise this policy.

Times available are generally between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on most days with at least two days notice.
