PLEASANT, TITUS COUNTY AND ALL OF NORTHEAST TEXAS WHILE ALSO PROVIDING A QUALITY COMPETITION FOR THE COWBOY & COWGIRL COMPETITORS OF PROFESSIONAL RODEO IN ORDER TO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO AREA YOUTH.
