IN THE PREVIOUS YEAR, THE BOARD HAD DECIDED TO TEMPORARILY DISCONTINUE THE NOVEMBER 2013 MAPLE LEAF BALL AND THERE WAS NO BALL HELD DURING THE 2013 FISCAL YEAR. THE BOARD IS CURRENTLY EVALUATING THE POSSIBILITY OF A NOVEMBER 2014 MAPLE LEAF BALL AND OTHER FUNDRAISING ALTERNATIVES.

ON JUNE 23, 2014, THE BYLAWS WERE AMENDED. THE JULY 9, 1996 AMENDMENT TO THE BYLAWS: "ALL REFERENCES IN THE BYLAWS TO 'MEMBERS' SHALL BE REPLACED WITH 'TRUSTEES'" WAS REPEALED. ALL REFERENCES TO "MEMBERS" OF THE FOUNDATION, INCLUDING ARTICLES IV AND V OF THE BYLAWS OF THE FOUNDATION, SHALL BE DELETED.
