Briefly describe the organization’s mission: JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTERS OF CHICAGO ("JCC CHICAGO" OR "AGENCY") IS AN ILLINOIS NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION DEDICATED TO ENSURING A STRONG AND VIBRANT JEWISH LIFE AND COMMUNITY FOR GENERATIONS TO COME. THROUGH A MIX OF FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION, RECREATIONAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES, JCC CHICAGO PROVIDES QUALITY EXPERIENCES THAT ENRICH THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE. FOUNDED IN 1903, JCC CHICAGO SERVED THE NEEDS OF THE BURGEONING POPULATION OF CHICAGO'S JEWISH IMMIGRANTS, AND OVER A CENTURY LATER, JCC CONTINUES TO MAKE IMPACT THROUGH ITS PROGRAMS AND SERVICES HAPPENING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE WALLS OF ITS BUILDINGS.
