OUR PROGRAM WAS CREATED TO FILL A GAP FOR NYC FAMILIES IN PLACING THEIR CHILDREN IN AN APPROPRIATE AND FAVORABLE SCHOOL SETTING. OFTEN, SCHOOLS ARE LIMITED TO SERVING CHILDREN WITH A SINGLE DIAGNOSIS. AT THE MANHATTAN STAR ACADEMY, WE UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY CHILD IS A UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL AND WE UTILIZE A COMPREHENSIVE, COORDINATED, TAILORED APPROACH TO MEET THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WHO PRESENT WITH A VARIETY OF SKILL SETS.
