Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 8 Larimer County's annual contribution to the maintenance of our privately-maintained roads.
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 10 Contribution from Larimer County for road maintenance was sent to CPRMC in error, and forwarded to PID55 for use on area roads.
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 16 In this PID55 transition year, CPRMC had legal expenses of $3865.81 related to the transition and the collection of outstanding debt; and other administrative expenses of $3382.93.
Form 990-EZ, Part V, Line 34 Effective for calendar year 2014, the community voted to create "Larimer County Storm Mountain Public Improvement District #55" (PID55) to contract for work on our privately-maintained roads, funded by a tax levy. At its annual meeting July 19, 2014, Membership approved changes to bylaws to reflect the transition to PID55 for road work, including revising our mission to be advisory to PID55, to alter procedures to reduce ongoing operational expenses, and to affirm a commitment to fulfill CPRMC's legal obligations, including the collection of outstanding debt, until such a time as Membership votes to dissolve CPRMC.
