We can also analyze the outage information to strengthen our system. System will be fully implemented by February 2015. Coahoma Electric Power Association delivered low cost power to 8000 customers

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All Directors, Officers, and employees who are affected by the "Conflict of Interest" requirements must complete an "Internal Revenue Service Form 990 Questionnaire". This questionnaire was developed by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. It asks the directors and employees about other business relationships that they or other family members may be involved in that could affect their independence. This questionnaire is administered annually. Affected personnel are required to disclose any situations that may occur during the year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Coahoma Electric Power Association Board of Directors determines the salary of the General Manager. This is done by determining whether the Company's goals are met. These goals are met if the Company operates within its budget, completes capital projects efficiently and on budget, and the company's selling price remains competitive with regard to expenses. The Board also compares the salary and the tenure of General Managers of similar cooperatives.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Coahoma Electric Power Association Board of Directors makes its governing documents, Conflict of Interest Policy, and financial statements available to the public upon request. Each year the company sends audited financial statements to the Mississippi State Auditor, MS Public Service Commission, any debt holders, and other interested parties. In 2015 our By-Laws will be available on our web site.
