What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We conduct several Continuing Legal Education conferences during the year. There are usually at least four one day CLE seminars in the Denver area; one on the Western Slope of Colorado and one in Colorado Springs. In addition we keep the memebership informed on state law changes effecting their practice.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 We conduct several Continuing Legal Education Seminars during the year. There are usually at least three one day CLE seminars in the Denver area. In addition from time to time there is a CLE seminar on the Western Slope of Colorado and/or one in Colorado Springs. These conferences or seminars permit our members to stay abreast of changing issues in their field and help them comply with the State Supreme Court's Continuing Education requirements. Approximately 85 members benefited from the conferences.

29 We file Amicus briefs with the Colorado Supreme Court on cases of significance to the legal practice of workers compensation. This is of interest to all attorneys who represent injured workers. These briefs benefit approximately 100 members of the association.
