What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR MEMBERS TO ACCESS A COMPUTER-COMPILED MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE (MLS) AND TO PRODUCE LOCAL HOMEGUIDES. THE BOARD PAYS A FEE TO A CONTRACTED COMPANY (IMCO, INC.) TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE TO MEMBERS OF THE BOARD. THIS SERVICE ENABLES ALL MEMBER/REALTORS TO BE AWARE, IMMEDIATELY, OF ALL AVAILABLE REAL ESTATE FOR SALE.
